This book follows "The Cat Who Came for Christmas" and "The Cat and the Curmudgeon". Humorist and humanitarian, Amory is one of America's foremost animal defenders. He is the founder of the "Fund for Animals" which has its headquarters in New York.

"Cat Stories", by James Herriot, St. Martin's Press, 1994. A beautifully illustrated book of feline stories from the veterinary practice of the late James Herriot. Dr. Herriot wrote a number of bestsellers including "All Creatures Great and Small", "All Things Bright and Beautiful", and "All Things Wise and Wonderful".
